Our Team
Osman is a third-generation member of a family business whose textile manufacturing and export company did not survive the transition to the second generation. This experience shaped his commitment to helping family enterprises navigate succession, strengthen governance, and build organizations that endure across generations.
His work focuses on supporting owner-managed and family-controlled companies in evolving into professionally governed, scalable organizations. He works closely with families and leadership teams to strengthen governance structures, clarify accountability, and develop leadership pipelines that enable sustainable growth beyond founder dependency.
He is currently working on his doctoral degree in "Change Management, Leadership, and Resistance to Change" at Grenoble École de Management (France). He has an MBA in International Business from the International University of Japan, and a BSc in Business Administration from Babson College (USA). He is a graduate of Koç High School (Turkey).
He is an active member of the Corporate Governance Association of Türkiye (TKYD), the Management Consultants Association of Turkey (YDD), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Kübra graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature with a pedagogical formation training at Hacettepe University in 2024.
Throughout her university years, she has actively participated in sports. She has been both a licensed rugby player and a rugby referee since 2020. She speaks Turkish and English. Kübra focuses on streamlining complex processes, organizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Enes Mankırcı
AI and Data Analysis Lead

Enes graduated from the Philosophy Department of Boğaziçi University in 2023.
Specializing in artificial intelligence, he worked across various sectors, including data analysis, AI-based solutions, and the development of autonomous systems. He speaks Turkish, English, and French.
During his studies, he developed a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by his interest in cognitive science, learning processes, and artificial intelligence. His main areas of interest include cognitive science, learning theory, artificial intelligence, and finance.
Başak Pınar Önder
Economics Lead

Başak Pınar graduated as the top student of her faculty from Marmara University's Department of Economics in 2023.
Currently, she is a research assistant at Marmara University's Department of Economics and is pursuing a master's degree at Istanbul Commerce University. She speaks Turkish and English.
Throughout her academic career, she conducted research on business management and the economic analysis of SMEs and has played an active roles in various international academic projects.

Motivation Specialist

Our four-legged team member, Latte, joined us under unexpected circumstances. After being abandoned by her first owner, she was on her way to a shelter when she burst into our lives. Since then, she has become an irreplaceable part of our team.
Latte excels in tail-wagging, enthusiastic licking, and expertly receiving belly rubs. She keeps team morale and motivation high, carries out her "duties" with dedication, and never misses a coffee break!
