While these questions are understandable, they reflect a common misunderstanding. Without first understanding these dynamics, attempts at institutionalization may fail to address the real challenges.
In consulting skipping the diagnostic phase may save time in the short term, but it often leads to ineffective solutions. A well-structured analysis at the beginning of the process ensures that the solutions implemented later are relevant, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s true needs.
